Nathan L. Andersohn,

Attorney – Admitted to the bar in Colorado, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Andersohn has represented business clients for over thirty years. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Andersohn has a background in accounting, real estate investment, oil and gas, and agriculture.

He is a regular at the University of Denver (his alma mater) hockey games and enjoys hiking, photography, fishing, and hunting with a longbow throughout North America.

Best Case:
Western Metal Lath v. ABC Supply Co., Inc., et al., 851 P.2d 875 (Colo. 1993).  A construction dispute which reaffirmed Colorado law that the supplier of a supplier does not have lien rights in Colorado.  I successfully represented my client, ABC, for six years, winning at all levels including the Colorado Supreme Court.
